The St. Stephen's EYC hosted a Potluck Cook-off yesterday after service. A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated and to our guest judges! The WINNERS: Entree Category 1st Place - Smoked Ribs - Rives Hicks and Clarence Lemons 2nd Place - King Ranch Chicken Casserole Sides Category 1st Place - Cornbread - Margaret Spitler 2nd Place - Hash-brown Casserole Dessert Category 1st Place - Eclair Cake - Margaret Spitler 2nd Place - Coconut Custard Pie - Lucy Moore Pictured with EYC are the winners and guest judges Juan and Carrie Gomez.
We invite you to join us for this fundraising event that will benefit Hope House. We will have a few folks involved with Hope House as speakers for the evening and there will be lots of food, fun and fellowship.

We have another Low Country Boil coming up on April 13th from 5-7:30. $20 will get you 'All-You-Can-Eat', eat-in or carry out. Tickets can be purchased at the church office and we have several church members with tickets as well. Come join us for some delicious food and fellowship!

St. Stephen's was blessed to welcome yesterday the Bishop of North Carolina, Samuel Rodman and the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, Michael Curry for 3 baptisms, 8 confirmations, and 1 reception into the church! Our Organist and Choir Director, Sharon Curry (also Bishop Curry's wife) was confirmed as well! What a day filled with joy and hope! So much to be thankful for on this rare occasion!
